Ebony Tigress

This picture is my entry for the LiveJournal Gryphon Art Exchange community’s August round. My Chosen One this month was Ebony Tigress, a fellow member of DeviantArt and an amazingly talented artist, and I was quite excited about the opportunity to draw a character belonging to someone whose art I’ve admired for a long time. :} Since I am still feeling like doing highly detailed pictures, I decided to do a portrait of her head only, and instead focus on textures and structures. The background more or less happened by accident, but I am very pleased with it anyway. I so love colours!
